Some of my more common tags include:

After the End of the World - Stories taking place after some civilization destroying event.  This could be anywhere from immediately after the event is over up to trying to rebuild a new civilization.  Stories that prominently feature members of a new civilization trying to discover things dealing with the old civilization also fall into this catagory.

Welcome to Dystopia - Stories taking place in a dystopian society are naturally placed here.  Stories that feature characters that have little hope for a better future will go here, as well.

It's the End of the World - Pretty self-explanatory.  Stories that feature an event that could cause the end of the world if they don't stop it go here, too.
